Sort Cards by Invoice Order: Arrange singles in the exact order they appear on your invoice. The first title should be at the front. Incorrectly ordered cards will delay processing and may result in cancellation.
Remove Protective Sleeves: Please remove cards from all sleeves, binders, or packaging. This speeds up the grading process. For high-value cards, you can place them between two sleeves for protection without causing delays.
Use Solid Containers: Pack cards securely in a hard-shell case, deck box, or solid container. Avoid using rubber bands, tape, or paper clips, as these can damage the cards.
Secure Packaging: Ensure cards are packed tightly to prevent movement during transit. Minimize open space in the package using packing peanuts, paper, or bubble wrap.
Avoid Excessive Tape: When sealing your package, avoid using excessive tape that may make opening difficult and put your cards at risk.
Ship with Tracking and Insurance: We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. We cannot process payments for cards that are lost in transit, so having tracking ensures you’re protected.
